I’m a strategic, empathetic design leader building user-centered, AI-powered products with real-world results—like 90% daily engagement and a nonprofit redesign that boosted donations from $10K to $180K. These days, I’m also deep in design operations at P+P Design Studio, optimizing workflows and production systems for a luxury creative team. I build design systems that scale, mentor designers to grow with confidence, and try to make the internet (and creative process) a little more useful than it was before.
